Tucked away and nicely elevated on 5 acres of tranquil, lush tropical grounds overlooking Blighwater Bay, Tuvu Homestead is the perfect place for your Fiji holiday vacation or honeymoon.

Only 40 minutes north of Fiji's Nadi Airport and just 15 minutes drive north of� Lautoka City and away from crowded Fijian resorts, this is the perfect place for quiet contemplation and relaxation with no schedules to worry you.

A wonderfully large covered patio at the front of the house is great for outdoor BBQ’s or as shady retreat.

Relax and enjoy the swimming pool, home gym and walks on the hills for an amazing vista across Bligh Waters. If you have to stay in touch, there is a phone. There is a local licensed store & petrol station nearby for those essentials. Reasonably sized orders will be delivered.
Private and comfortable accomodation. Our three bedroom homestead sleeps 6 people and is fully self-contained. Two bedrooms with Queen Beds each have an ensuite with the third bedroom having 2 singe beds.

The home is about 15 min. to the beaches by car. Bekana Island, is 3 min. by boat from Lautoka Wharf. Daily trips are available at short notice. My neighbour Kelera Wong can be of assistance to organise these trips when you are there. I can also arrange booking in advance if required.

There are coastal resorts within 20min to 25 min from the house, such as First Landing, Vuda Point and Anchorage. You can visit for the day to enjoy the beach and lovely surroundings, have breakfast, lunch or dinner there at your leisure etc.

The Northern Club in Lautoka Town has a squash courts, tennis court, large swimming pool, pool tables and restaurant. A place where can mix and mingle with the locals and expatriates. Bar prices is equivalent to the RSA in New Zealand. My homes quests can use these facilities. I am a member of the Club.

Tuvu Homestead/Fijirelax is a place suitable for those who like privacy or wish to mix with the locals, the choices are yours.. Catch the local buses to get around or hire a car. Rental car prices are vary from $50-00 to $90-00fjd per day unlimited km. Cars can be obtained and returned at the airport. A friend will be at the airport to meet you.

Tuvu Homestead is a place you can take each day at a time. No time schedule or surrounding tourists. You can relax by the pool, walk on the hills or catch the bus to Lautoka or Nadi for the day. There is home cook curry and roti by our gardener’s wife if required Our local Vellapans store will take phone orders and deliver it to the house for a small fee of about $2.50fjd to $3-00fjd

Homemade biscuits can be order from Diane Southey (my neighbour). She runs this business from home. You can get together with the neighbours for a bowl of kava in the evening if you wish.

It is a place with a difference. You can enjoy your stay at the home situated on the hillside with sea views, with the company of family, friends or that special someone. .
